At CocoaTown, we take pride in Quality merchandise, Customer service, and Prompt delivery. We are certain that you will be satisfied with our product. We encourage you do enough research and be completely sure that the product you purchase will meet your requirements. However, if you are not satisfied with our products or have concerns, we will assist you to address your queries.

Returns for Refund

If you decide to return the product for a refund, please contact CocoaTown for Return Authorization number and instructions. Returns are considered for a refund only if the returned unit is Unopened, Unused, and is in the original resalable condition, with all the packing materials, original boxes, instruction manual and all accessories.
Claims for returns should be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
All returns are subjected to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If the unit is purchased under “Free Shipping” offer, the cost of shipping the unit to the customer incurred by CocoaTown will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customer ships the unit back to CocoaTown at the customer’s cost by UPS or FedEx ground service.
Customer is responsible for any transit damages during the return shipment.
Units without the Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
Units returned by any other carrier might be refused.
Refunds will be processed in 4-6 weeks.
No refunds on the used appliances.
No refund on the spare parts.
If the unit is damaged in shipping, refer Shipping Damages for details.
If the unit is missing any parts, refer Warranty for details.
