A guided dark chocolate tasting to experience the spectrum of flavors that exists in some of the finest cocoas from Trinidad and Tobago and other origins.
A guided tasting of two special rums from the House of Angostura (Trinidad) 1. Angostura Single Barrel Reserve and 2. Angostura 1919.
Bringing the two together for an exhilarating experience unlike any other. Pairing of some the chocolates with these two rums to create a unique sensory experience.

Dr. Darin Sukha is a Research Fellow at the Cocoa Research Centre, The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine. Dr. Sukha leads the Food Technology Section that works in four thematic areas:
- Training and outreach
- Quality management
- Product development
